Administrative Assistant to Human Resources

This role involves providing administrative support to the Public Relation Officer, encompassing tasks such as managing job applications, scheduling interviews, and addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will contribute to payroll preparation by furnishing accurate data on absences, bonuses, leaves, and other relevant information, ensuring seamless coordination with the HR team.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to HR matters in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and present employee data reports, guaranteeing accuracy and relevance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain employee records by updating employment and status-change data within the school's HR database, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Promote confidentiality and protect operations by safeguarding sensitive HR information, respecting employee privacy at all times.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate employee requests related to HR matters, policies, and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas to ensure organized and productive interactions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language proficiency is required for effective communication.
  • While experience is not mandatory, it is highly desirable for this position.
