Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage various aspects of our organization.

Main Duties:

  • Strategic Human Resources: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Design recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our team, taking into account local labor markets and cultural differences.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on performance management and employee development.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and implement training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Oversee international payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local laws. Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, in accordance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
