Key Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and operating regional chain brands, promoting in-depth cooperation between these brands and platforms, and establishing effective communication with distribution departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Drive growth and expansion of regional chain brands through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Brand Management: Leverage industry characteristics and business operations expertise to develop professional delivery solutions, enhance brand image, and promote deeper integration between the platform and the brand.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with distribution departments, acting as a bridge between the brand and platform distribution, to improve brand distribution and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and proposal skills, with the ability to promote business cooperation swiftly and effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business negotiation skills, market development ability, insight into customer/user needs, and willingness to accept challenges.
  • Personal Qualities: Integrity, resilience, passion for work, and team spirit.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the food delivery industry, catering, or retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Linguistic Skills: Conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
