Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR processes focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, or HR Information Systems.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data into meaningful recommendations and actions to drive strategic value for the organization.
  • Provide consultative and subject matter expertise to HR and business leaders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, and a minimum of 6 years of experience. A Master's degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
