Job Description

As a Learning and Development Manager at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the hotel's training strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to company-wide training standards and processes across the property.
  • Conducting annual learning needs analysis to identify staff development requirements.
  • Developing and implementing tailored training plans that cater to the property's specific operational needs, aligning with corporate objectives.

In addition to these core duties, you will work closely with departmental trainers to ensure consistent delivery of on-the-job training, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and continuously assess the impact of your efforts.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess significant experience within the luxury hotel industry, preferably in hospitality, along with relevant qualifications and certifications in training and development.

Key Skills:

  • 8–10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, project management, creativity, and attention to detail.
