About the Position:

This position is responsible for managing the cards portfolio, enhancing current products, and transitioning processes to digital platforms.

  • Key responsibilities include managing the portfolio, enhancing current products, and overseeing initiatives aimed at activating and augmenting expenditure on card products.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both card product support and Islamic portfolio management.
  • A successful candidate will be able to analyze customer expenditure trends, coordinate with involved parties, and track key performance indicators.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in card products business development in conventional and/or Islamic banking.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end card product launch or revamp projects independently.
  • Knowledge of market trends, opportunities, and product launches in the Islamic banking and payments market.
  • Experience in communicating and interacting with senior stakeholders for periodic updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Working Environment:

This role requires a candidate with a strong background in both card product support and Islamic portfolio management.

  • A successful candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment, analyzing customer expenditure trends, coordinating with involved parties, and tracking key performance indicators.
