The role of a Sales Capability Representative is to drive sales training programs, enhance team performance, and collaborate with various departments to align sales capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement training programs for sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge.
  2. Assess training needs and performance gaps of sales staff to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct one-on-one coaching to reinforce sales skills and provide personalized feedback.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate progress of training initiatives to measure their effectiveness.
  6. Create and maintain training materials and manuals to ensure consistency and quality.
  7. Organize and facilitate workshops and team-building exercises to foster collaboration and communication among sales teams.
  8. Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve the effectiveness of future training initiatives.
  9. Work with marketing to ensure sales teams are informed about product changes and updates.
  10. Assist with onboarding new sales representatives to help them integrate into the sales team.
  11. Maintain a knowledge base of industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  12. Engage with sales teams regularly to provide ongoing support and guidance.
  13. Identify and share innovative sales strategies within the organization to drive growth and improvement.
  14. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and sales performance improvements to inform business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales or sales training roles.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies to develop effective training programs.
  6. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to engage and motivate sales teams.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  10. Familiarity with adult learning principles and teaching methods to develop engaging and effective training programs.
  11. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders.
  12. Willingness to travel as necessary for training purposes to reach sales teams and stakeholders.
  13. Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and environments to stay flexible and responsive.
  14. Professional certification in sales or coaching preferred to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.

Experience in Gulf FMCG will be an advantage.
