
Product Sales Representative

The role of a Product Executive requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, identifying new sales opportunities and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze market trends.
- Plan and assist with the launch of new products and events.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications and participating in professional societies.
- Business Development
- Establish contact with new customers, understand their needs and provide support and information.
- Negotiate contracts and packages with new customers.
- Follow up with new customers after the demo session to ensure satisfaction.
- Marketing
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop new materials.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support and information.
- Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and gather feedback from customers.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and recommend service improvements.
- Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving annual targets and assisting colleagues when needed.
Operating Theatre (Dental Clinic)
- Attend dental implant surgery and assist doctors and nurses with equipment issues.
Data Tracking
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Maintain accurate records of all products sold.
Orders
- Place orders to the concerned purchase coordinator.
- Follow up with the Procurement & Logistics team regarding delivery and payment.
Invoicing
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for proper invoicing.
Delivery
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
Application
- Conduct training sessions for customers.
- Assist customers with equipment issues.
- Solve customer queries related to equipment usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in the Dental field (preferably within the Oman market)
- Background in Dental treatments and techniques
- Good MS Office Skills
- Good communication skills
- English Language proficiency
- Good presentation skills
- Candidates should be based in Oman
