The Role of Sales Development Representative involves working with a regional sales and marketing team; primarily focusing on finding customer projects that fit our product lines, and bringing our services to different industries and geographies.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via email, phone and chat
  2. Running outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  3. Attending events and conferences around the world, promoting in-person marketing and sales opportunities
  4. Collaborating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to achieve tangible results
  5. Working directly with marketing on campaigns
  6. Researching information about potential customers
  7. Identifying market prospects and trends
  8. Helping define processes and policies for the team
  9. Collaborating with new and existing clients, organizing and participating in meetings, and generating an account map to identify new business opportunities
  10. Maintaining and staying in touch with leads on global business opportunities
