
Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Nexus Energy LLC.
This individual will be responsible for driving sales strategy and execution within the oil and gas, Water & Power Generation sector.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identification of new business opportunities in the oil and gas trading market.
- Establishment of strong relationships with key decision-makers, including oil and gas operators, traders, and executives.
- Generation of leads and driving sales across the full product and service portfolio.
- Presentation of technical solutions and product offerings to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
- Negotiation and closure of deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
- Development and execution of sales strategies and tactical plans to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
- Providing market feedback and input to the product development team.
- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage of deep technical knowledge of the company's products and services to offer solutions to clients.
- Understanding of client technical requirements and ensuring that the company's products and services meet these needs.
- Technical support and advice to clients during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Preparation and delivery of technical presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Fostering long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaboration with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Cross-functional Work:
- Collaboration with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product specifications and timely delivery.
- Coordination with marketing and business development teams to drive campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Input on product improvements, customer feedback, and market developments.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintenance of an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities and regular updates to senior management.
- Preparation and delivery of regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets, ensuring business growth and profitability.
