Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality Service Delivery: Consistently provide exceptional service to all guests, focusing on meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Accurate Reservation Processing: Handle room reservations accurately, obtaining essential information and following up as needed.
  • Front Office Log Monitoring: Regularly review the front office log to maintain operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • VIP and Special Requests Management: Recognize and cater to VIPs and special guest requests with a focus on excellence and attentiveness.
  • Technology Proficiency: Develop expertise in the Front Desk computer system to optimize performance.
  • Message and Package Delivery: Manage the distribution of messages, packages, and mail efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role in a branded hotel.
  • Certifications: Possess a diploma in hospitality management and demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and software.
