Hotel Reservations Manager Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of reservation agents to provide outstanding customer service. Strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as proficiency in computer skills, including experience with reservation management software, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of reservation agents in providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Monitor and supervise the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints, providing quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain and update reservation databases and systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel reservations department.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
