Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient room assignments.
  • Prepare and distribute welcome packages and amenities to VIP guests.
  • Coordinate special requests and arrangements for VIP guests, such as room upgrades and extra amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Participate in daily briefings and meetings to stay informed about hotel events and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
