Claim Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claim Management Professional to lead our claims management team. This role involves overseeing the assessment and resolution of claims, providing robust and consistent approach to claim management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in claim management, preferably within the context of integrated supply chain operations in oil and gas sectors. They should possess advanced certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC) and have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate incoming claims and assess their validity and impact on supply chain operations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into the root causes of claims to identify trends and patterns.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC).
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in claim management.
- Leadership skills with experience on large engineering and construction projects.
- Effective communicator with ability to operate effectively in diverse cultural environments.
- An in-depth understanding of contract terms & conditions.
- An in-depth understanding of the project services function such as planning and cost control.
- A robust personality with excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Mastery in post-award contract management in various contract types.
- Knowledge and experience with international procurement, contract law EPC, EPCM and other bespoke forms of contracts.
