Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Officer to assist in managing In-Country Value (ICV) activities and providing commercial and administrative support on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing ICV Plans: Assist in preparing project-specific ICV plans in cooperation with project management, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
  • Data Collection and Consolidation: Collect and consolidate monthly ICV data by coordinating with site administrators.
  • Aligning ICV Activities: Support the alignment of ICV activities with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Enhancing Reporting Tools: Assist in enhancing ICV reporting tools, formats, and internal standards.
  • Preparing Commercial Reports: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly commercial site reports, including time sheets and progress reports, invoices, debit notes, inter-site debit notes & site cash.
  • Managing Documentation: Manage and organize construction documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
  • Preparation of Status Reports: Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for the Site Commercial Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Tracking Project Expenses: Track and manage project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in a construction or project-based environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ICV Guidelines: Familiarity with ICV guidelines and reporting is preferred.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills.
