Construction Project Management Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage our construction and renovation projects from planning to execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with division heads to determine project requirements and prepare technical scope of work.
  • To lead and manage all construction and major renovation projects from planning to handover.
  • To coordinate between departments, purchase, consultants, and contractors to justify requirements and prepare detailed plans.
  • To review and confirm quotations and scope of works to ensure they meet requirements.
  • To follow up with consultants and authorities to obtain necessary permits.
  • To ensure projects are executed on time and within budget by monitoring progress and supervising teams.
  • To evaluate contractor performance based on agreed KPIs.
  • To ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues raised by the HSSE department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) degree.
  • Any nationality accepted.
  • Male candidates only.
