About the Role

The Strategic Partner for Growth is a key position that requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, oversee internal operations, and spearhead special projects.

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and ensure their time is optimized.
  • Review and synthesize metrics and initiatives to support company priority setting.
  • Assist the CEO in decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

You will also be responsible for overseeing staff and internal operations, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and assigning action items at weekly staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular calendar audits to optimize the CEO's time.
  • Review and synthesize metrics and initiatives to support company priority setting.
  • Assist the CEO in decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and assign action items at weekly staff meetings.
  • Manage OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and annual planning processes.
  • Support board meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Create and implement decision-making frameworks.
  • Manage All Hands meetings and other company-wide events.
  • Lead a metrics overhaul to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct customer research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the acquisition process for potential targets.
  • Lead the search and hiring process for key executive roles.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
