About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef to join our Cold Kitchen department. As a Senior Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively, while delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management, as well as a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. They will be responsible for leading a team of junior chefs, training them on new recipes and techniques, and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
