Job Description:

Golf Course Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of golf course projects, from planning to pre-opening. This includes coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, and agronomy experts to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Review and validate construction specifications, with a focus on greens and turfgrass standards.
  • Manage procurement and deployment of golf course equipment and maintenance fleets.
  • Monitor agronomy implementation to ensure optimal playing surfaces and sustainability.
  • Lead project timelines, budgets, and reporting in alignment with the developer's strategic goals.

Requirements:

Prospective candidates should have successfully completed 18-hole golf course projects and possess proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Additionally, they should have strong expertise in agronomy planning and implementation to ensure optimal turfgrass quality.

  • In-depth experience in reviewing construction specifications for golf greens and course features.
  • Hands-on involvement in the procurement of golf course equipment fleets.
  • Prior involvement in golf course pre-opening activities and operational readiness.
