About Your Role

You will be responsible for managing local sales teams to achieve challenging targets and meet key performance metrics. You will also develop and motivate sales teams to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a winning sales strategy with the Head of Sales to drive market/customer penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to create individual sales plans, set revenue targets, and ensure their attainment.
  • Monitor performance of quotes and orders to optimize rate, recoveries, and margin.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and informed decision-making by driving discipline within your team using Salesforce CRM.
  • Deliver timely pipeline, activity, and sales forecast reports for the territory.
  • Maintain market awareness and stay attuned to trends, including economic, environmental, and competitive forces.
  • Identify skill gaps within your team and develop a comprehensive plan to address them with the Head of Sales.
  • Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team members accountable for performance.
