We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the coordination of client interactions and ensure seamless communication between clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Coordination: Manage client relationships, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Studio Readiness: Ensure the studio is prepared for each session by overseeing inventory, equipment setup, and atmosphere creation.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage bookings efficiently to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
  • Payment Handling: Process transactions, issue invoices, and maintain smooth payment operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster proactive assistance, address inquiries, and guarantee clients feel welcome and valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year in a client-facing role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong typing skills and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using booking systems and handling digital processes.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
