Responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews for high-value vendors and identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Maintain ongoing business relationships with vendors.
- Provide excellent service and support through regular communication to strengthen relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure the vendors' menus are consistently updated.
- Monitor and ensure price and assortment parity.
- Optimize vendor operations, including coverage area, delivery time, and preparation time.
- Discuss potential in-store branding investments with stores to boost customer acquisition and brand recognition.
- Ensure campaigns have maximum visibility through marketing briefs and banners.
- Generate vendor coupons, promotions, and vouchers.
- Forecast and acquire suitable deals and vendors for NCR.
- Keep accurate records of all NCR and prospecting activities, including sales calls, expense reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors on their status on talabat, resolving issues such as shutdowns or delivery stops.
- Ensure vendors achieve monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
