A Restaurant Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence is sought after.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Management:
    • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Develop and maintain high-quality pizzas and menu items that meet company standards.
    • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, upholding health and safety standards.
    • Optimize inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and reduce food costs.
    • Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
  • Customer Service and Experience:
    • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by training and leading staff to exceed guest expectations.
    • Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally.
    • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to create a motivated and productive team.
    • Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement staff development programs.
    • Monitor restaurant expenses and sales performance to meet revenue and profit goals.
    • Optimize labor and food costs while maximizing efficiency.
    • Ensure accurate cash handling, POS system management, and daily financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Drive traffic and increase sales through local marketing efforts.
    • Implement promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal menu changes.
    • Engage with customers through social media and feedback programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual dining environment.

Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is an asset.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, local health regulations).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control.
