
Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of menu items, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene. Key duties include:
- Menu Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of all menu items, ensuring timely delivery and presentation quality.
- Team Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff to maintain high service standards and ensure efficient workflow.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Work closely with stewarding staff to maintain clean and hygienic working areas at all times.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the butcher to manage food inventory and plan for future events and functions.
- Staff Development: Assist in briefing staff on best practices and improve working methods.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a hotel or fine-dining kitchen.
- Expertise: Expertise in a particular cuisine (hot/cold/kitchen).
- Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Leadership: Ability to work under pressure and lead junior staff.
