Event Management Professional

A seasoned professional is sought to oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of events in Oman. The successful candidate will manage a team, handle client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional experiences that meet brand promises and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tailored proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage event development and execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality service.
  • Lead daily team activities, including lead generation, quotations, contracts, invoicing, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain strong conversion ratios for event quotes.
  • Attend site inspections and familiarisation trips to ensure alignment with client standards.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational issues during event execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in MICE, Events, or Hospitality Management are advantageous.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in MICE, group travel, or event operations, preferably within an organisation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, planning, costing, and supplier coordination.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential; Polish language skills would be an advantage.
