Tech Sales and Enterprise Account Management

We are seeking a Tech Sales Professional to expand our presence both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for ERP and software products, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless contract renewals and customer succession planning.

  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Renewal Handling: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to retain customers, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process to maximize customer value.
  4. Customer Succession Planning: Strategize and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity in client accounts, collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth transition for customers, addressing potential challenges effectively.
