About the Job:

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service to the guests consistently.

  2. Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow up on these details to ensure accuracy.

  3. Review the front office log and trace file daily to stay informed about any issues or concerns.

  4. Monitor all VIPs and special guest requests to provide personalized service.

  5. Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.

  6. Ensure logging and deliveries of all messages, packages and mail in a timely and professional manner.

  7. A minimum of two years in a similar role in a hotel setting is required.

  8. Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent experience is preferred.

  9. Computer literacy is essential for this role.
