Job Title: Hotel Reservation Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Reservation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Destination Management/Tourism or a similar field, with strong knowledge of reservation systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service. They will also work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations, including booking, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and amendments accurately.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all reservations, ensuring compliance with hotel contracts.

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Oman.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Destination Management/Tourism or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multi-cultural environment.
