About the Role:
Overview

You will be responsible for efficiently managing daily housekeeping operations and requirements in accordance with international standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Cleanliness Operations Manager oversees cleaning tasks, performs administrative duties, prepares paperwork, maintains staff records, assigns cleaning tasks, takes inventories, and communicates effectively with both external and internal guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the maintenance of all room keys and auxiliary locks.
  • Overseeing cleaning tasks and ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Performing administrative duties, including preparing paperwork and maintaining staff records.
  • Assigning cleaning tasks and taking inventories as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidates will hold a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience as an administrative professional or coordinator is required.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
