About this Role:

This role is responsible for leading customer delivery engagements and providing escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise. You will drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services. Builds customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support.
  • Drive customer technology transitions and influence solution architectures.
  • Build customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems.
  • Create and disseminate technical collateral and intellectual capital.
  • Mentor and develop others.

Requirements:

  • BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent.
  • 8+ years related experience.
  • Hands-on experience - ACI (CCIE cert).
