We are seeking a Senior Manager - Loyalty & Retention Management to lead our customer loyalty initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Loyalty Program Development

Create comprehensive loyalty programs that align with our business goals and objectives. Develop targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Utilize customer data insights to inform your decisions and optimize program effectiveness. Monitor customer retention metrics, program participation, and ROI to measure success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with our cross-functional teams to design customer-centric products and services. Collaborate on initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty.

Leadership and Development

Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution, leading change, fostering development, and inspiring teams.
  • Achievement-driven, decisive, and customer-focused.
