Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our contract management and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and conducting regular audits to identify and address compliance issues.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess at least 5 years of experience in contract management and compliance, preferably in the mining or trading sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
