
Strategic Business Partner

This role involves contributing to the deal screening and reviewing of investments, asset management, and monitoring successful exits to maximize revenue generation.
- Provide strategic guidance to companies to align their goals with Vision 2040 and corporate objectives.
- Contribute to leading business development in the fund department and guide associated companies in new investments and capital projects.
- Evaluate deal opportunities based on suitability against strategy and objectives, prioritizing them for decision-making.
- Build, review, and update models for investment opportunities, including return and sensitivity analysis, to predict performance and make informed decisions.
- Maintain data integrity and secure business development information to safeguard competitiveness.
- Negotiate transaction processes from initial structuring to exit to protect FFO interests while maintaining good relationships.
- Review and negotiate deal documentation to ensure adequate terms and structure are documented.
- Support Investment Managers in maximizing returns on executed deals throughout the holding period.
- Monitor shareholder rights and implement project management for transactional activities within budget and agreed timelines.
