Job Summary

E-Mandate Project Technical Lead for EChannels Applications Systems is responsible for managing the implementation and administration of EChannels Applications Systems.

About the Job

This role involves leading the technical development and implementation of EChannels Applications Systems, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the technical development and implementation of EChannels Applications Systems.
  • Design and implement architecture documents for system development and implementation.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring compliance with agreed SLA.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and assign tasks effectively.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on system performance and uptime.
  • Maintain a high-performing application environment, ensuring availability and reliability.
  • Represent IT in various meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business decisions.
Technical Capabilities
  • Proactively monitor and maintain MMS Systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Integrate/Interface with other Applications seamlessly.
  • Conduct requirement analysis for projects/enhancements related to Mandate Management systems.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain Audit/Regulatory/Security compliance for all systems.
  • Guarantee System Uptime and Performance at an acceptable level.
  • Provide management reporting and support the Head as needed.
Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Collaborate with Business Users, Mandate Management team, and vendors to handle support, new business requirements, and projects.
  • Validate and ensure new design requirements/enhancements fit into the overall architecture of the Mandate Management system.
  • Develop innovative solutions for critical requirements like data growth, archival, and performance enhancement.
  • Coordinate with Technical Team Leads to ensure changes align with the overall architecture of Mandate Management Application.
  • Analyze the impact of new business requirements from a Mandate Management perspective.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
  • Provide critical issue support for business areas and end users handled, aiming to reduce customer complaints.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for issue resolution.
  • Regularly perform housekeeping of production & DR servers.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis of any issue and provide viable solutions with the help of application vendors.
  • Participate in/execute DR/BCP drills.
  • Assist the operations team during End of Day process execution or as required.
  • Test and deploy Security patches.
  • Promote approved patches/enhancements to production through the change management process.
  • Work with IT teams related to internet/mobile banking, payment systems, core systems, Middleware, Infrastructure, etc.
Audit Compliance and Risk Management
  • The observations raised by Audit are addressed and implemented.
  • Provide clarification/KT to ensure a good understanding of the Products.
