Job Purpose:

Serve as a Senior Dealer within the Treasury Division, focusing on managing Foreign Exchange and Money Market Desk operations. This includes overseeing customer and interbank FX cover transactions, managing nostro account liquidity, and ensuring alignment with market risk and regulatory frameworks.

This role requires expertise in authorizing special FX rates for branches and customers, adhering to dealing policies and market risk mandates. Additionally, executing foreign exchange cover transactions for business reported by branches and the Corporate Sales Desk is a key responsibility.

The successful candidate will assist the Treasury Sales Desk in engaging with customers to understand and fulfill their FX and treasury requirements. Effective management of multiple nostro accounts, placements, and fund transfers is essential to ensure efficient liquidity deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize special FX rates for branches and customers, adhering to dealing policies and market risk mandates.
  • Execute foreign exchange cover transactions for business reported by branches and the Corporate Sales Desk.
  • Assist the Treasury Sales Desk in engaging with customers to understand and fulfill their FX and treasury requirements.
