Responsibilities:

  2. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  3. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
  4. Keep the office clean and organized at all times
  5. Assist with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Operations Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
