Job Title: People and Culture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient HR processes and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • SUPPORTING employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building events.
  • Coordinating training and development activities with department heads.
  • Providing timely responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave entitlements, and general HR matters.
  • Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and memos.
  • Supporting payroll administration by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety guidelines, and hotel policies.
  • Assisting in the execution of disciplinary procedures and performance appraisals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software or systems.
