Hotel Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Security Manager to join our team in a prestigious international hotel setting.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel security management, with a proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive security operational plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Omani nationality is required due to localization requirements.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel security management or a related field, preferably in a pre-opening or international hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Certified in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response is preferred.
