Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Engineering and BIM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital services across our portfolio, including software procurement, contract management, and data analysis.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Demonstrable portfolio management experience in a consultancy or client capacity
  • Train the incumbent team in deployment of digital services across the portfolio
  • Oversight of digital team performance and continued improvement in standard processes
  • Provide training for the team to allow them to become self-sufficient in digital delivery
  • This will be a client-facing role and will be expected to present internally to the City SLT, project teams, and their supply chains
  • Support the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assess the current resources on current projects to ensure that they are sufficient to meet the project goals
  • Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced understanding of Content Management Library Systems, Autodesk Desktop Products, Autodesk Cloud Products, Validation and Verification Tools, Visualisation Tools, Databases
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards
  • Ability to implement governance and assurance processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
