Job Title: CMIMS & Spare Parts Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development, implementation, and operational readiness of a Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System (CMIMS) and spare parts strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate representation of maintenance and inspection activities in the CMIMS and effective management of spare parts to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with site personnel, office operations/technical teams, external contractors/vendors, and engineering teams.
  • Lead the setup and configuration of the CMIMS, ensuring alignment with project and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data from Spare Parts File by main Equipment (SPF-E), Spare Parts List by Equipment (SPL-E), and Spare Parts List by Grouping (SPL-R) for CMIMS loading.
  • Participate in the configuration and deployment of the CMIMS in alignment with project and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and OEMs to ensure accurate and complete technical documentation and spare parts data.
  • Maintain and update the structure of the CMIMS database.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires at least 10 years' experience in the administration and optimization of SAP PM and MM modules, as well as experience in project architecture and SAP design. A background in operational maintenance execution and development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context is also essential. Proficiency in spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations is desirable.
