**Job Title:** Dining Service Provider

We are seeking a friendly and attentive server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive, welcoming them with a smile and ensuring they feel at ease in the dining area.
  • Present menus and explain daily specials, highlighting any unique offerings that may interest our patrons.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring seamless communication throughout the dining process.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Clear and reset tables for the next guests, ensuring the dining area remains clean and inviting.
  • Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system, maintaining transparency and efficiency in the payment process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, working together to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. We are open to training and developing a motivated individual who shares our commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial, as you will be juggling multiple tables and responsibilities at once.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance are vital, as you will be representing our establishment in front of our guests.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential, as we operate seven days a week.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods is also necessary, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift.
