Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives through customer-focused service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing restaurant operations, including maintaining international brand standards, preparing reports, controlling costs, and overseeing staffing.

  • Maintain Trader Vic's international brand standards, ensuring consistency in atmosphere, signature drinks, and culinary offerings.
  • Prepare monthly reports on financial and product issues.
  • Control and analyze departmental costs, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the departmental annual budget and work towards achieving it by monitoring and controlling operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual.
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures and bill paying procedures.
  • Conduct effective shift briefings to inform staff of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, and upselling opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4–5-star hotel.
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of beverages, including alcohol.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and micros operating systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
