Investment and Financing Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned investment and financing professional to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy projects and companies, identifying potential for growth and returns.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial models, valuations, and investment memoranda to support decision-making.
  • Structure and negotiate project financings, including debt and equity financings tailored to renewable energy projects.
  • Lead due diligence processes, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper execution and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 16+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, or infrastructure-related sectors.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
