About the Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Online Account Manager to contribute to our growth by fostering strong relationships with vendors and identifying opportunities for revenue growth, improved profitability, and increased market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business reviews with high-value vendors to analyze their performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent service and support to vendors by regularly addressing their concerns and needs.
  • E nsure vendor menus are up-to-date at all times to reflect the latest products and promotions.
  • Monitor and maintain price and assortment parity across all vendors to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize vendor operations, including coverage area, delivery time, preparation time, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stores to develop in-store branding strategies that enhance customer acquisition and brand recognition.
  • Ensure campaigns receive high visibility through marketing briefs, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Create vendor coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing vendors to incentivize sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Forecast and procure deals and vendors for NCR to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of NCR and prospecting activities, including sales calls, expense reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues like shutdowns or stopped deliveries, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Ensure vendors meet monthly sales targets, driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and negotiate deals.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel to manage and analyze data.
