Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a creative professional to lead the design of events. This is a full-time on-site role based in Muscat.

About the Role:

  • This position requires the ability to develop innovative concepts and visual themes for events based on client briefs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing floorplans, stage setups, backdrops, and décor elements.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing past event design work is essential.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with clients, production teams, and vendors to ensure accurate execution.
  • Responsibilities include creating mood boards, 3D renders, and visual presentations, as well as sourcing materials, props, and furniture to match the design vision and budget.
  • Overseeing on-site setup to ensure design consistency and quality is also crucial.
  • The individual must stay up to date with event and design trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Event Design or a related field.
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent creativity, visualization, and spatial awareness are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is critical.
