Sales Performance
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales forecasts and collections of assigned Orthopedics Spine products by prospecting territory sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects and customers, promoting assigned products, following up order processes and collections, sustaining customer in-service, and reporting on competitors' actions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers' preferences, business potential, and competition actions in your territory.
  • Develop sales forecasts and action plans conforming to company strategies for supervisor review and approval.
  • Represent the company as an authorized partner to sell Orthopedics Spine products, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Meet and interact with target customers and key business players defining sales potentials, promoting, and selling assigned products.
  • Attend marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relating to your territory and accounts selling assigned products.
  • Provide technical support to Customers; follow up customer contentment regarding equipment system installation, start-up, utilization, and maintenance.
  • Report on action plans, customers' responses, achievements, and sales potentials and competitors' rivalry.


Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. Educational background in Science, Biomedical Engineer, or Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
  2. 2-5 years experience in similar capacity. Fresher with a flair for selling can also be considered.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
