Job Title: Senior Inventory Management Executive

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technical procedures to ensure the availability and accuracy of inventory data within a defined timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing network and financial requirements within the Inventory Management system
  • Documenting, maintaining, and testing current business processes
  • Developing future system infrastructure for continuity of service
  • Producing accurate network inventory information for stakeholders
  • Monitoring and investigating variances
  • Supporting internal project managers
  • Conducting business analysis and problem-solving
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Telecom environment
  • University degree in IT/Telecom
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of current Inventory Management systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Capable of leading technical teams with proficient IT knowledge

  • Good PC skills (email, Microsoft Office)

Inventory Management System:

  • Includes all network department requirements
  • Ensures documentation and maintenance of processes
  • Conducts quality reviews
  • Communicates inventory objectives within supported business and IT service areas

Negotiations and Contract Management:

  • Negotiates and manages contracts with providers

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
