Human Resources Manager Role

This position involves leading end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems. As an HR representative in Oman, you will be responsible for managing local HR operations while supporting global alignment across international locations.

Your Mission

  • Maintain compliance with Omani Labour Law and internal policies.

Your Impact

  • Lead initiatives across various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all Oman-based employee concerns, promoting a constructive work culture through strong communication with staff.
  • Manage performance improvement plans, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling, ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
  • Proven knowledge of Omani Labour Law and employment legislation.

The ideal candidate

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion with confidential information.
  • Ideally, hold a HR professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
