Regional HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to lead our EMEA team and drive HR operations in a timely and compliant manner. As a key member of our Global HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the EMEA HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Deliver high-quality HR services, including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and employee engagement.

About You:

  • You have a strong academic track record and relevant experience in HR, preferably in a technology business.
  • You possess excellent people management skills and can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data trends.
