Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our team and help shape the future of our organization. As an IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve IT capabilities and enhance business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of architectural roadmaps, technical designs, and system documentation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new digital solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendors to support our digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on emerging trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution architecture, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
